Turner Construction Company has reached a milestone on the $260-million C concourse expansion at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, completing the steel topping out and marking the end of vertical construction. The 226,000-square-foot, six-story renovation project, which adds four levels to the existing building, offers enhancements to the passenger experience. The upper floors will introduce expanded dining and retail options, additional seating and a 1,300-square-foot extension to the passenger waiting area.
