As the United States commemorates its 250th anniversary, the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, North Dakota, is now complete. The milestone culminates a dedicated, multi-year partnership to create a world-class institution honoring the 26th president’s legacy of leadership and conservation. As construction manager, JE Dunn Construction helped bring the project from concept to completion through a Construction Management at Risk delivery model alongside the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation, Snøhetta as design architect and JLG Architects as the architect of record. The university celebrated the milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, unveiling one of its most significant athletic facility upgrades in decades. Improvements and expansion of the Orchard Pavilion at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California are now complete. The three-story, 210,000-square-foot project significantly enhances the hospital’s capacity to deliver specialized women’s health services while maintaining uninterrupted patient care throughout construction. Completed in approximately nine months, the project provides a modern, permanent home for clinical skills training, simulation-based learning and collaborative study.
