The state of Louisiana has selected RNGD to serve as construction manager-at-risk for the New Southeast Louisiana State Office Building in Harvey, Louisiana (Project No. 01-107-24-OFC, F.01004573). The project will replace an existing structure with a modern, efficient facility designed to serve state agencies and the New Orleans community for generations to come. The $84-million project encompasses 116,000 square feet of modern office space designed by Trapolin-Peer and Gensler. The Sunnyvale Hilton Garden Inn, located in California’s Silicon Valley, has recently been completed. The project team included Sundt Construction, Inc. and Architectural Dimensions. University of North Texas Dedicates Biomedical Engineering Addition

The dedication of the University of North Texas Biomedical Engineering addition recently took place on the UNT Discovery Park campus. Sundt Construction served as general contractor, with TreanorHL as the architect for the expansion. The $11.6-million project included a 26,250-square-foot addition onto the existing main building at Discovery Park. The project provides much-needed space for the growing biomedical engineering program; the program formerly occupied a small amount of office space within Discovery Park.
