New Premises for Children’s Mental Health Services Complete in York

Esh Construction recently completed a new premises that will provide an improved space and environment for children and young people’s mental health services in York (England). Appointed by Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust earlier this year, the project included full refurbishment of a building on the Link Business Park in Osbaldwick, just outside of York City Centre. Construction of the largest home for engineering in any UK university has been completed. Delivered by a collaborative team of builders, architects and engineers, Manchester Engineering Campus Development represents the single-largest construction project ever completed by a higher education institution in the UK. Building design was undertaken by Mecanoo with support from Penoyre & Prasad, with detailed design during the technical and construction stages by BDP, and multidisciplinary engineering services provided by Arup.
