Structural work is complete on the marquee development within the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct, the $600-million UNSW Health Translation Hub located in Sydney, Australia. The 35,000-square-meter facility is being developed by Plenary, in partnership with UNSW Sydney, bringing together researchers, clinicians, educators, industry partners and public health officials to drive excellence and support the rapid translation of innovative research and education into improved patient care and better community health outcomes. Greystar Real Estate Partners has appointed McLaren Construction to deliver Block F of the rental housing-led regeneration of the Peek Frean biscuit factory in Bermondsey, London (England). Mace Tapped for First Phase of Dubai Exhibition Centre Expansion

Dubai World Trade Centre has appointed Mace to deliver Phase 1 of the £2.1-billion Dubai Exhibition Centre expansion at Expo City Dubai (UAE). Phase 1 of the expansion, set for completion by 2026, will increase the DEC’s exhibition space to 140,000 square meters, nearly two and a half times its current capacity of 58,000 square meters. Joint Venture to Construct Data Center in Germany

Yorizon, a joint venture between HOCHTIEF subsidiary HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions and German server and storage systems manufacturer Thomas-Krenn.AG, will be building a network of sustainable, decentralized and locally integrated data centers in Europe. The first of the YEXIO series with Yorizon equipment will open in Heiligenhaus (NRW, Germany) in summer 2025. The land for two more of these data centers has already been secured.
