Plans for Cardiff’s 16,500-capacity indoor arena, located in Wales (UK), have reached a significant milestone as Cardiff Council and the consortium — comprised of Live Nation Entertainment and Robertson Property — with the financial close on the project. The negotiations between the government of Newfoundland and Labrador and New Avalon Corrections Partners have culminated in a final project agreement, which includes financial close on the Adult Corrections Facility Replacement Project in Canada. In June, ground was broken on the site as the result of an Early Works Agreement valued at approximately $1.5 million, that allowed NACP to begin site preparation while the comprehensive project agreement was being finalized.
