URBANA, Ohio – District officials and Gilbane Building Company recently hosted a community event for the dedication and official ribbon cutting of the new Urbana PK-8 school located in Urbana, Ohio. The new facility is the second building to be completed this year, following the opening of the new high school in the spring. The modern, state-of-the-art buildings support the district’s efforts to encourage academic development and growth through collaboration. Work Begins on New Atlanta Multifamily Tower AMLI Oak Valley

ATLANTA, Ga. – JE Dunn Construction has begun work on AMLI Oak Valley, a multifamily community featuring a 24-story tower and a five-story mid-rise, which together will deliver 391 luxury apartments to Atlanta, Georgia’s Buckhead neighborhood. The AMLI Oak Valley project also includes a 255,000-square-foot, precast parking deck with 665 spaces. The project achieved substantial completion in April 2017 and Halton Healthcare began providing patient care in the new space in October.
