Studio in Warsaw Reaches Façade Completion

The façade installation of Studio A, Skanska’s newest development in Warsaw, Poland has been completed. The second phase of this modern office complex is scheduled to be delivered in December. Located near Rondo ONZ, Skanska’s office complex comprises two buildings: Studio B, which was completed in 2023 at 9 Łucka Street and Studio A, under construction at 28 Prosta Street. Skanska Breaks Ground on Novo Nordisk Life Sciences Center in North Carolina

Skanska has been selected by Durham Tech Community College to build the Novo Nordisk Life Sciences Center at the college, located in North Carolina. The firm recently broke ground on the project which includes the demolition of the existing building. Construction is expected to be complete in March 2027. The new single-story 30,700-square-foot center will house 12 flexible, ballroom-style open lab modules, additional classroom space and various break rooms.
