Construction at the Frank E. Moss Courthouse is underway after a wall-breaking ceremony recently took place in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Dozens gathered at the courthouse, a historic treasure, including representatives from the General Services Administration, HOK Design, Preservation Utah, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah and Big-D Construction. The general contractor was awarded the renovation project by GSA in the summer of 2021.
