Esh Construction has recently completed a multi-million-pound refurbishment project at Beddell House in County Durham, located in England. Esh Living, the affordable housing delivery arm of Esh Construction, completed work to restore the Grade II-listed residential care home in Sherburn earlier this year, with the two-and-a-half-year project for Sherburn House Charity Ltd. The Republic of Benin’s Ministry of Health has signed a contract with a consortium led by Bouygues Bâtiment International for the development and construction of the university hospital in Abomey-Calavi, Africa’s second largest city.
