Wave, an office building under construction by Skanska in Gdansk, Poland, has been granted approval for use. It offers nearly 25,000 square meters of innovative and sustainable office space. Wave will be the first office building in the Tri-City to apply for the demanding WELL Core&Shell certificate. Bouygues Bâtiment International to Build Africa’s Abomey-Calavi University Hospital

The Republic of Benin’s Ministry of Health has signed a contract with a consortium led by Bouygues Bâtiment International for the development and construction of the university hospital in Abomey-Calavi, Africa’s second largest city. CSCEC Builds Epidemic Control Facility in Maldives

Constructed gratis by China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a quarantine facility for proprietors in the Maldives (South Asia Islands) to accommodate foreign workers for medical observation was recently completed and delivered. The project covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, and the facility will be able to accommodate 800 people.
