The Rowe in Whitechapel, London (England) has launched, providing 162,000 square feet of office space. The building is a landmark site for integrated real estate developer, manager and investor, Frasers Property UK, as the company’s first urban office development. The scheme, which is less than 1 mile from Bank, Monument and Liverpool Street, also provides over 17,000 square feet of outdoor terraces. Ground Broken on BlueOval SK Battery Park in Kentucky

Barton Malow Company and project partner Gray Construction have broken ground at BlueOval SK Battery Park in Glendale, Kentucky. BlueOval SK, a joint venture between Ford and SK On, will produce advanced batteries onsite for future Ford and Lincoln electric vehicles. Construction is ahead of schedule.
