A new report from CPWR and Dodge Data & Analytics, “Contractor Use of Best Safety Practices,” summarizes the results of two recent surveys that explored topics such as how frequently contractors engage in selected safety practices, differences between large-, small- and medium-sized contractors and use of Lean construction. Ground Broken on Largest Construction Project in Chaffee County, Colorado
Haselden Construction recently broke ground on construction of Buena Vista High School and McGinnis Middle School in Buena Vista, Colorado. The schools, located on a shared campus, are part of a two-phase project that will include construction of a new academic wing, renovation of the high school gymnasium and demolition and new construction of the remaining existing facilities. After 26 months of construction, Clark Construction has reached substantial completion on Frost Tower, the first new office tower to rise in downtown San Antonio, Texas since 1989. CIMIC’s CPB Contractors Wins $107M Wagga Wagga Health Services Project
CIMIC Group’s CPB Contractors has been selected by the New South Wales Government in Australia to design and construct the Wagga Wagga Health Service Stage 3 Redevelopment Project. The project will generate revenue of $107 million to the CIMIC Group. Construction commenced in February 2019, with operational commissioning scheduled for late 2020.
