Skanska Signs Contract for $35M for Ongoing New York City Project

Skanska has booked an additional order for its existing contract with The Durst Organization to renovate 1155 Avenue of the Americas, a high-rise building located in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Skanska is providing infrastructure upgrades and core finishes to 30 floors in preparation for new tenants. Updates to the building include new floor air-handling units, cooling towers, emergency generator, emergency power riser, core restrooms, perimeter insulation, fire protection sprinklers and a new building management system. The incremental addition includes interior cell phone antenna and IT systems, as well as roofing.

BNBuilders to Take on $7.3M Historic Renovation

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – BNBuilders has recently been selected as the general contractor by the University of California San Diego for the Tuolumne Apartments Fire/Life Safety Renovations at campus in La Jolla, California. After nearly three years of construction, Clark has completed the much-anticipated Central Place Residential Tower, redefining the skyline in Arlington, Virginia.
