A topping out celebration was held for UHealth at SoLé Mia. The seven-story, 363,000-square-foot medical center is being built on 10 acres in North Miami, Florida’s master-planned community of SoLé Mia, a 184-acre mixed-use project. Set to be UHealth’s largest outpatient medical facility when it opens in 2025, UHealth at SoLé Mia will serve communities in north Miami-Dade, south Broward counties and beyond. North Shore University Hospital Unveils $560M Surgical Tower

North Shore University Hospital’s new $560-million, 288,000-square-foot Petrocelli Surgical Pavilion has opened. The tower will complement nationally recognized cardiac, neurosurgery and transplant programs. Skanska USA served as the general contractor on the project. This investment by Northwell Health represents one of the most significant projects of its kind in the New York metro area, with about 40% of all patients at NSUH coming from Queens, while another 5% travel more than 100 miles to seek care. Children’s Health and UT Southwestern Medical Center have selected HKS and Perkins&Will as the integrated design team to collaborate on a new pediatric campus in Dallas to meet the demands of the growing North Texas population. Graduate Auburn Hotel Reaches Construction Milestone

Graduate Auburn Hotel in Auburn, Alabama recently celebrated structural completion of the project with a topping out ceremony. The five-story, 177-room, nearly 140,000-square-foot hotel has direct views of Auburn’s campus and Toomer’s Corner. It will feature an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar, ground-floor café and meeting and banquet space.
