The Tampa Museum of has selected The Beck Group to manage the construction of the Museum’s Centennial Expansion project in Florida. WEISS/MANFREDI Architecture/Landscape/Urbanism will design the expansion, and Ellison Advisors will be the owner’s representative during construction. The Tampa Museum is funding the ambitious 77,904-square-foot expansion project through its ongoing Centennial Campaign, a comprehensive construction and endowment effort. The final steel beam was placed on the Okaloosa Gas District headquarters in Valparaiso, Florida, signifying structural completion of the project. The space will allow Okaloosa Gas District to consolidate its team members into a new community-focused location to serve Panhandle residents for years to come. A topping out ceremony was recently held to celebrate the completion of the steel structure for the Portland Art Museum’s new Mark Rothko Pavilion. Opening fall 2025, the pavilion is the centerpiece of PAM’s major $111-million campus transformation that will renovate or add nearly 100,000 square feet to the museum and add new visitor amenities that address the needs of more diverse audiences. Balfour Beatty has started construction activities to deliver Sacramento International Airport’s Pedestrian Walkway project as part of Sacramento Department of Airports’ SMForward program.
