Adolfson & Peterson Construction was recently awarded the construction and renovation contract for Austin Independent School District’s Anderson and McCallum High Schools. Anderson High School, in Northwest Austin, Texas, was built in 1970. The renovation includes a 43,350-square-foot competition gym with an 1,800-seat capacity and locker rooms with coaches’ offices, training rooms, officials’ dressing rooms and laundry. Common spaces will feature a Hall of Honor and trophy cases, while the entry vestibule and front office will be reconfigured for security. The seven-story, 140,000-square-foot expansion broke ground in early 2023, and will allow the healthcare provider to serve a wider range of patients across Concho Valley. A topping out ceremony was recently held for the $76.4-million Midtown Medical Office Building and $25.4-million Tennessee Oncology tenant improvements in Nashville, Tennessee.
