The contract to design and build CAPE 10, a modern social and health services center that will serve as a beacon of cooperation between business and civil society, has been awarded to STRABAG. The new center, being built near Vienna, Austria’s Central Station in the new Sonnwendviertel community, is intended as a place for socially disadvantaged groups, with space for interaction and a health center. PORR Secures Large-Scale Project in Vienna to Deliver Apartments, Offices + Commercial Space

PORR Bau GmbH has secured a new large-scale order in Vienna, Austria’s 20th district. A general contractor agreement was signed with the property developer PREMIUM Immobilien AG for the project at Handelskai. The large-scale project involves building residential, commercial and office space on a plot of around 7,600 square meters directly beside Vienna’s Millennium Tower. New PORR Campus One-of-a-Kind Austrian Pilot Project

PORR Consortium to Build Tunnel in Poland

ŚWINOUJŚCIE, Poland; VIENNA, Austria – The contract for the construction of the Świnoujście tunnel was recently signed. The project will be implemented by a consortium consisting of PORR, Gulermak and Energopol-Szczecin. The contract value is around EUR 150 million and the project is expected to take 48 months to complete. The total length of the project is approximately 3.2 kilometers.
