Modjeski and Masters has recently been selected for the Delaware Memorial Bridge Protection System contract with the Delaware River and Bay Authority. As the prime consultant for this contract, Modjeski and Masters will design a vessel collision protection system for the northbound and southbound structures of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The firm will design new pier protection cells and replace the channel-side fender system for the tower piers. MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Modjeski and Masters has been selected for the 2018 Biennial Inspection of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from the Delaware River Port Authority. This historic structure features a 1,750-foot main suspended span and is over 9,500 feet in total length. New Bridge Opens Across UK’s Biggest Road Project

The A14 Integrated Delivery Team, comprised of Balfour Beatty, Skanska and Costain, has completed the second of 34 bridges and main structures on the UK’s biggest road project. The newly opened bridge forms part of Highways England’s £1.5 billion major improvement scheme on the A14. The project will see the upgrade of a 21-mile stretch of the A14 between Cambridge and Huntingdon from two to three lanes in each direction including a brand new 17-mile bypass south of Huntingdon.
