Largest Capital Improvement Project Underway in City of Canton

Construction has begun on the Canton Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion project in Canton, Georgia. The $67-million project is the largest capital improvement project undertaken in the city’s history. The project will be fully funded by Canton’s Water and Sewer Fund revenues. Clark Construction Group and joint venture partner Reeves Young is serving as the general contractor. Atkins is the project engineer. Lord Mayor Dirk Hilbert and representatives of BAM Sports GmbH recently signed the general contractor agreement for the conversion and expansion of the Heinz Steyer Stadium into a multifunctional sports and event facility, located in Dresden, Germany. The order includes general contractor services for a turnkey and operational handover to the state capital Dresden, including all the necessary planning and construction services. Royal Oaks Campus Expansion Underway in Sun City

Expansion has begun on the campus of Royal Oaks, a Sun City, Arizona retirement community. This is the second time in the past decade general contractor Sundt Construction has worked on the Royal Oaks campus. In 2015, the company built the Friendship House.
