The 50:50 joint venture between Balfour Beatty and Gammon has been awarded a HK$3.7-billion contract from the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, a wholly owned innovation and technology company of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, to construct a new development at Cyberport, Hong Kong. The project comprises the transformation of a building complex including the former site of Belgian telecommunications company Belgacom (now Proximus) and the two adjacent buildings. Skanska has signed a contract with Campus Ullevål AS, the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute, and Aspelin Ramm, to build Campus Ullevål in Oslo, Norway.
