The consortium formed by Ferrovial Construction, Acciona and local construction company JJC has been selected by LAP Lima Airport Partners, the Peruvian airport operator, to build the control tower at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima and six ancillary buildings, all of them located in Lima, Peru. Bouygues Bâtiment International to Build Africa’s Abomey-Calavi University Hospital

The Republic of Benin’s Ministry of Health has signed a contract with a consortium led by Bouygues Bâtiment International for the development and construction of the university hospital in Abomey-Calavi, Africa’s second largest city. Representing a total amount of €175 million, this project of more than 40,000 square meters on two levels will have a capacity of 434 beds and places. It will include six large hospitalization units. CSCEC Builds Epidemic Control Facility in Maldives

Constructed gratis by China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a quarantine facility for proprietors in the Maldives (South Asia Islands) to accommodate foreign workers for medical observation was recently completed and delivered. The project covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, and the facility will be able to accommodate 800 people. PORR Wins S16 Expressway Infrastructure Project in Poland

PORR S.A. and the Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways signed a contract for Design-Build project for the S16 expressway Olsztyn-Ełk, in the section from Borki Wielkie to Mrągowo. The 13-kilometer-long expressway section will be built within a three-year period along with the construction of the Mrągowo ring road. The contract is worth around EUR 115m.
