Life Time officially broke ground on a new destination in the heart of one of Utah’s fastest growing communities. Herriman Mayor Lorin Palmer and city councilmembers joined Life Time and Jacobsen Construction leaders in the ceremonial turning of the dirt in Herriman, Utah, where the 103,000-square-foot athletic country club will offer high-end lifestyle, health and wellness amenities. The Design-Build team of Stantec and Saunders Construction completed work on the $68-million Glenwood Springs Maintenance Facility in Glenwood Springs, Colorado for the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority. The expanded GMF provides indoor heated storage for 60 buses and a 9,000-square-foot second level operations space with a dispatch suite, reception area for visitors, drivers’ room, office space and locker rooms. Work Begins on New Public Health Laboratory in New York

Construction is underway on the planned $1.7-billion public health laboratory that will transform New York’s ability to detect, prevent and respond to emerging public health threats. Construction is being delivered through a Design-Build contract led by the joint venture of Gilbane Building Company and Turner Construction Company, with design partner HOK.
