Skanska is to begin construction on Kaye, a 260,619-square-foot multi-family tower located in Seattle, Washington. Skanska will both build and develop the 31-story tower with 6,100 square feet of neighborhood ‘living room’ spaces and ground floor retail. The tower is expected to be completed by Q2 2025. Sundt Awarded SDSU Brawley STEM Facility

Sundt Construction was selected to construct the new Science, Technology, Engineering and Math facility at the San Diego State University Imperial Valley Brawley campus in California. The project includes the construction of a 65,000-square-foot facility that will house undergraduate science labs to support the university’s growing academic programs. Gilbane Building Company joined Hudson River Park in celebrating the groundbreaking of the Pier 26 Science Play Area in New York City. Swinerton has topped out the nation’s first middle-income housing development constructed of mass timber; and the tallest mass timber building in Seattle, Washington. Heartwood is a workforce housing development standing at eight stories and 67,000 gross square feet.
