HOCHTIEF has been awarded the contract to build a new central location for the NRW University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration in Herne, Germany for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. HOCHTIEF will rent the university campus to HSPV and deliver operational services for an initial 20 years after completion, which is scheduled for winter semester 2027.
