PORR to Build 3T Office Park in Poland’s Tri-City

3T Office Park, the largest office complex in the region, is taking shape in Gdynia, one of the three cities that make up Poland’s Tri-City (Gdansk-Gdynia-Sopot). PORR S.A is the general contractor of the investment project, while Gleed Polska is responsible for the comprehensive project management and coordination regarding the building’s BREEAM certification. The PCL family of companies has received its first International Living Future Institute’s Petal Certification for the Calgary Zoo’s Panda Passage, located in Alberta, Canada. The Petal Certification, from the ILFI Living Building Challenge, makes it the most advanced constructed habitat in the world. After 26 months of construction, Clark Construction has reached substantial completion on Frost Tower, the first new office tower to rise in downtown San Antonio, Texas since 1989. Located in the heart of San Antonio’s Central Business District, Frost Tower features 440,000 square feet of leasable office space and an additional 20,000 square feet of street retail. Haselden Construction recently celebrated the topping out of two new buildings at Colorado Mountain College’s Spring Valley campus in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Haselden Construction is building a 34,000-square-foot fitness center and the 16,000-square-foot Ascent Center, which will serve as the welcome center and entrance focal point for the campus.
