Less than 12 months after fabrication began, MODLOGIQ has begun transport and installation of the more than 200 modules that comprise the Athens Medical Campus, one of the largest permanent healthcare facilities in North America built using offsite modular construction. Turner Construction Company has secured a contract to build a $186-million patient care tower on Westchester Medical Center’s Valhalla, New York campus. Construction is set to begin at the end of 2023 and will result in the addition of 128 hospital beds to serve patients needing trauma care, neurosciences, cardiology and general surgery.
